Caro Creative is the brainchild of Caroline Shaw, MBA, a marketing professional with 15 years in the fashion and travel industry.
Caro graduated with a BA in Anthropology + Religion from Boston University and MBA from Quantic.
Caro Creative's business adventures include Versailles Thrift, an estate sale shop, Craftshop, a community co-creating movement and Craftshop Stays, an airbnb short term rental business.
Caro Creative also consults on branding, marketing and website building.
Caroline Shaw is different. Part Creative Director, Part Curator, Part Marketing Firestarter... Editor, Writer, Content Creator and Designer. Boxes are too small no matter the size. Plays well with mini dachshunds.

Caro traded wedding services for digital marketing services to afford flower crowns for her wedding party. Must Have Flowers and Events taught her the skills to launch her freelance career.

Caro has produced and helped style lifestyle brand photoshoots for Miraclesuit, Magicsuit, Eco Swim, Reebok, Everything But Water and Miskini Swimwear (shown above).
She has placed swimwear in the pages of Vogue, Oprah and People Magazine to name a few. Caro also successfully placed product on morning television like the Today Show, on celebrities, influencers and more.
Caro assisted James Macari for Miraclebody Jeans (Pictured above shooting Miraclesuit in Miami 2014). Being on set with the best photographers and stylists money can buy taught Caro a caliber and quality of creativity very quickly.
At Everything But Water, Caroline assisted Co-owner and VP of Creative Marketing Sabra Krock and Creative Director Bob Weinstein on lifestyle photoshoots in exotic locations like Bahamas, DR, Turks and Caicos. Other photographers include Amanda Pratt and Lucy Laucht.
Caroline spent almost 4 years learning the ins and outs of running a giant e-commerce business and 100+ retail shops all over the United States.
In addition to handling Mall Marketing, she provided Email Calendar, Visual Merchandising, Copy Editing, Proofing, Creative Production, Influencer Marketing and Public Relations to Sabra Krock, Co-Owner and Creative Director of Everything But Water.
Caro worked in-store events in the Hamptons and assisted in a new store opening in California.
Caro left EBW for an offer she couldn't refuse. Caro joined the website team at Universal Orlando, working closely with web producers, web strategy managers, brand managers and ecommerce leadership.
Caro was let go during COVID when Universal Orlando and Universal Hollywood merged Marketing Teams under Universal Destinations and Resorts. Six months later, Caro was picked up by Travel + Leisure to grow Club Wyndham Vacation Getaways.
Caro briefly worked for Westgate Resorts (a large, privately-held timeshare company and resort developer, founded by David Siegel) and created marketing campaigns based on the business needs of resorts in The Great Smoky Mountains. Caro's marketing campaign for Wild Bear Inn helped show off her MBA and resort marketing experience.
