After attending Fashion Institute of Technology for sustainable fashion and eco marketing, Caro began at Eco Swim by Aqua Green, a brand under the Swim USA and Miraclesuit family. ECO SWIM was featured in various high profile news outlets thanks to our in-house PR team led by Sandra Davidoff, Director of Corporate Marketing. Eco Swim was one of the first eco fashion swimwear labels in the mass market. Eco Swim uses REPREVE nylon, a recycled nylon made from recycled plastic bottles.
After leaving the fashion industry in New York City for Australia, and working for Eve and Deke Miskin of Miskini Swimwear, Caro moved to Florida to work for the prestigious swimwear retailer Everything But Water. Stacey Siegel opened her first Everything But Water (Just Add Water) swimwear boutique in Orlando in 1982. She stocked it with stylish swimsuits and cover-ups.

Lucky to have lived in the United States, Italy (study abroad Junior Year and Gap Year), Morocco (study abroad Gap Year), Australia and New Zealand.
Now lives in Orlando Florida with her husband, two sausage dogs and feral toddler.
To fuel her international relationships and deep inability to stop traveling, Caro worked through college at various restaurants and clubs around Boston, famously at Cask n'Flagon across from Fenway Park.

Attended Fashion Institute of Technology and received a professional certificate for Eco Marketing. This is where Caro met the ECO SWIM team at Miraclesuit. Caro asked to intern and she started immediately on the new sustainable fashion swim line.
While attending school, Caro served and hosted at multiple restaurants and clubs around Manhattan to make ends meet.

Caro Creative and Branding began in 2011 when Swim USA brought Caro on board to help market and make their new eco swimwear line a success. Everything from showroom management, public relations, photoshoots and styling came from this opportunity. Website design and digital marketing also fell under our responsibilities.
Caro jumped from Eco Swim to Everything But Water, located in Orlando Florida in 2014.

Living in Sydney, Australia allowed Caro to achieve her dreams. She even found the most amazing holistic and very wealthy swimwear designer who needed help with all things operations of her small swimwear business. We ran it out of her home office in Tamarama, next to Bondi Beach. Every day when I finished fulfilling orders, posting on social media, finding influencers to send suits, create press releases, build a new website, schedule our next photoshoot, consult on design... It was book + beach for the rest of the day. Tops are optional at Bondi.
She charged a small amount per hour to gain experience and took on more clients after hours. She almost sold ECO SWIM from a truck on the beaches of Sydney.

After creating the brand's first influencer program through product launches such as 30th Anniversary Collection and Water is Everything...Caro left EBW in 2018 for Universal Orlando and worked there until 2021. Newly engaged and recently kicked out of their home for getting a puppy.
There she trafficked all website jobs through to producers as web project manager, then became a rep covering Annual Pass, Express Pass, VIP, Resorts and Safety during Covid-19 before joining the Digital Product Marketing team.
There she launched Universal App new features and content.

After COVID put a wrench in plans to conquer Theme Park and New Attractions Marketing, Caro moved on to Travel + Leisure Co / Wyndham Destinations and worked on their Timeshare products: Club Wyndham, Margaritaville Vacation Club with high hopes of transforming the vacation ownership (otherwise known as vacation club, timeshare or fractional ownership) industry into something more modern, with less hiccups in the sales process, and more product transparency for the customer.
Timeshare taught Caro about sales and call center operations within the hospitality industry, which built on hotel experience working with the Universal Hotels team.
Strategies were produced to sell timeshare tour vacation packages current leads, as well as used as bait for lead generation. Caro helped launch the most successful lead acquisition tool ever at T+L during her time with the Corporate Marketing team.
